Terms of Service for Mikfo

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Mikfo ("Application"), a creative photo shape cropping tool developed and operated by the Application Provider, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Application.

2. Description of Service

Mikfo provides users with the ability to crop photos into custom shapes (including but not limited to heart, star, hexagon, and freehand outlines), preview cropping effects in real-time, and export images with transparent backgrounds for personal and non-commercial use unless otherwise specified.

3. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• You are solely responsible for any content you upload, edit, or export using Mikfo, and confirm that you have the necessary rights to use such content.
• You shall not use the Application to infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of any third party.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Mikfo Application (including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets) are owned by the Application Provider. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for personal use only.

Your edited images remain your property, but you grant the Application Provider a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law in the State of California, the Application Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Mikfo Application, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of business.

6. Modifications to Terms

The Application Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms within the Application or on our designated platform. Your continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will cease immediately.
